To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Must be in the original packaging with all tags attached

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Shapewear that has been worn

  • Underwear or intimate garments

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Damaged items not caused by us

To start a return:

  1. Include your order number, item name, and the reason for return

  2. We will provide return instructions within 24โ€“48 hours

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • We are not responsible for lost return packages

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically take 5โ€“10 business days depending on your bank

Refunds are not granted if:

  • The item shows signs of wear, damage, or stains

  • Tags are missing

  • The return was sent without contacting us first

  • Exchanges are allowed for size changes only (when stock is available)

  • Exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase

  • After this window, the order may already be processing and cannot be canceled

If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Send clear photos of the item and packaging

  • We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost to you
